  • Creeper

Total misogynistic creeper. Some of his anecdotes are SO anti-woman and harmful. Talking about people being hot, excuses his sexist comments as “just my generation” is absurd. Do not recommend. I think he’s planning a run for political office and trying to play right into the Republican demographic. Listen with caution, or better yet, get a better source than him.

Alex’s Input: Aspirin’s Awkward Acumen
Q: But the January 2026 RCT in Green Journal showed no difference between 162 mg and 81 mg—how do you reconcile these findings?
The difference likely stems from population design (universal vs high-risk selection) and power. Universal dosing captures effects in a broader population, potentially revealing benefit that selective high-risk trials miss, while the high-risk-only design may dilute the observed effect if many participants do not derive the benefit.
You Ask, We Answer!
Q: Is it still considered a uterine rupture if the myometrium and cirrhosa are open but the baby is still in the cavity?
Yes, it's referred to as a partial or silent uterine rupture, which is asymptomatic and should be repaired.
You Ask, We Answer!
Q: Does a patient who had RHIG routine prophylaxis at 28 weeks need an additional dose if she experiences minor trauma?
Yes, absolutely she does. Even though she had the prophylactic 28-week RHIG administration, another dose is needed after trauma due to the risk of sensitization.
FHT Baseline Change (110-160) in Labor: Danger, or Disregard?
Q: Is it okay, interpartum, if the fetal heart rate baseline goes from, say, 120 to 150?
If there's nothing else going on, if there's normal variability, and the heart rate just changes between 110 to 150, if it doesn't cross the threshold of tachycardia, yes, that is absolutely normal.
PFM Question: IAI WITHOUT Fever?
Q: While you can have clinical fever slash clinical IAI, but it not show up in histology, is it possible for a patient to have intra-amniotic infection and not actually have fever but have other indications of infection like maternal or fetal tachycardia?
Absolutely, it's a gap in the current ACOG committee opinion number 712.
