  • Should be required listening ✨

Dr. Whitehouse’s interviews and her thoughts on managing anxiety and allergies is so incredibly helpful in a space where there can be a lot of fear and misinformation. She seeks out experts and real life stories that are so illuminating and informative—I’ve heard from multiple people that listening to some of these episodes drastically helped with their fear and helped them feel more empowered.
