I used to listen and read the NY Times every day. Over the past few years I kept reading articles about a subject I happened to have some real knowledge of. Every single one of these articles from the Times was superficial at best, but mostly just factless, hyperbolic garbage. Tabloid trash advertised as “journalism”, nothing more. Needless to say, I cancelled my subscription and have felt less dumb and less angry ever since.
