  • Trump’s War

Three biggest questions of Trump’s war against Iran:

    1) Did Israel war criminal Netanyahu force a weak Trump to bomb Iran?

    2) Did compromised Trump bomb Iran to help Putin with oil revenues & Russia’s war against Ukraine?

    3) Did yet another Republican President force US into Middle East war by manufacturing false evidence, or to distract from Epstein sexual abuse that incriminates Trump?

  • Less about you, please.

Michelle Cottle, you’re starting to sound really annoying — laughing at inappropriate times, piping up while your co-hosts are talking, repeatedly sophomorically referring to these respected men as “guys.” THESE ARE SERIOUS TIMES. Stop desperately trying to lighten the mood. We women need to get better at expressing ourselves such that we’re taken seriously. I’ve noticed generally women on podcasts (hosts or guests) often seem almost afraid of simply speaking forthrightly, relying on nervous lau... more

  • Common Intrests with 🇨🇦

I have always enjoyed listening to Jamelle. He brings a voice and experiences that are not a part of my life, but…when he referenced CHUDS! Awesome! I actually laughed out loud at his perfect Jabba the Hut laugh! Perfect! It was cool to find out that a really smart and interesting person like Jamelle and a regular person like me like some of the same things.

Talking Points

Recent interactions between the hosts and their guests.

Why Voters Might Finally Blame Trump for Rising Costs
Q: What would the off-ramp be for Trump in this situation?
The guest notes that the 'taco trade'—the idea that Trump will back down when markets punish him—has limited applicability; the policy options exist but may have marginal impacts, and credibility depends on sustained actions rather than abrupt reversals.
Why Voters Might Finally Blame Trump for Rising Costs
Q: Where do you see this going from here? Do you think he's backing down? Has he reached sort of the point of too much economic discomfort?
The guest explains that the situation is dynamic, with markets and political signals likely to push for measured responses rather than sweeping shifts; energy policy and sanctions will continue to interact, and observers should watch how markets react to ongoing tensions and policy recalibrations.
Trump and the Death of Shared Morality in America
Q: Are you confident there will be elections in November, and that the elections will go on as elections typically do?
There's a shared concern that it might not be clear whether the elections will proceed as they usually do, given Trump's actions and intentions.
Esther Perel on Why A.I. Intimacy Feels Safe but Isn’t Real
Q: Is there a world in which a human-AI relationship could serve some purpose, even if it wasn't a replacement for an actual human bond?
Esther agrees that AI can facilitate interesting interactions and affirmations, but also emphasizes it cannot fully replace the complexities of human relationships.
Esther Perel on Why A.I. Intimacy Feels Safe but Isn’t Real
Q: Given all these people who say they are falling in love with them, do you think that these companions highlight our human yearnings?
Esther reflects that AI relationships can reveal our desires for validation and understanding, shaping our yearnings in ways we may not fully understand.
