The host teased a show about Armie Hammer, then introduced her guest, a friend of hers who is an LA DA, so can’t talk about the case.
This podcast is trash- it had the intrigue and potential to be really interesting but the first episode about the glee deaths was awful. For an episode about the many deaths, they literally never went into any detail about how/when any of them died, nor did they detail who exactly they were and which characters they were on the show. It was basically listening to two fan girls dish about how “crazy and kooky” it was that so many ppl attached to the project died. No other substance, backstory ... more
I have listened to two episodes. The first I listened to was the episode about the accidental shooting on the Rust movie with Alec Baldwin. The host is blah, but she had a really insightful guest who really knew his stuff (about guns on movie productions). She would ask him questions, he’d answer, and then she would essentially push back because she disagreed. In editing, after the fact, she basically went on about how she disagreed with her guest, which was so weird and stupid. The second ... more
This is one of the worst “true crime” podcasts I’ve listened to, made even worse by the fact that there is solid source material for every episode, but it seems to be largely ignored. Generally, I think it is interesting when people offer their opinions and speculations when they are backed by facts, but this show is all speculation and assumption. And very little factual back-up or sometimes even accurate information. I appreciate that the host is a lawyer, but she needs to remember she is ... more
So much speculation in an episode for example the whole Floyd mayweather thing it felt like you low key wanted the guy to start sht with Floyd and the interview was cringey, constantly cutting your guest off and it felt like he was more of a good friend not a best friend he barely knew anything about her before she died. Those are my thoughts and probably will never listen to another episode
