I don’t mind the actors, fine. Ads in Spanish? I love it! But one pun after another while discussing tragedy? What the hell is wrong with yall? Is this AI or something? Like, what person in the world would write that, then what team would sign off on it? It says something for how good the storytelling is that I’m still listening, but come on— grow a conscience.
I’m not a fan of reenactments, and the ones in this show are particularly cringe.
The narration and interviews are great, but the dramatization diminishes the quality of the show.
The acting isn’t good enough to justify including it, and the unnecessary screaming and sobbing makes it impossible to enjoy listening to with headphones. It’s annoying even without the headphones to have to adjust the volume or fast forward when people are acting out an argument that doesn’t add to the story.
