I swear. Everyone swears. But no one swears like Ellidy. It is excessive and distracts from the conversation. It’s made me switch off several times. She swears just for the sake of swearing. It adds nothing and makes her sound extremely bogan and uneducated.
The swearing monopolises every question and answer and takes away from the conversation.
I recently started from the beginning and loved the pod.
Then it became uncomfortable with the obvious tension with Ell and Chloe and now I’m up to solo Ell Eps and they are just unbearable!
What an absolute dumpster fire of a brand now!!!
I used to listen religiously but am skipping the solo eps. Sorry … but I can’t listen to the ramblings and swearing anymore… has the potential to be great though!
I’ve absolutely loved this podcast, especially since Ellidy has taken the reins. She’s a total natural – grounded, real, and genuinely herself, which makes her so easy to connect with. I love that she stays true to who she is, no matter what, and her guest episodes are always a standout.
That said, I find the dynamic changes when Chloe comes on. There always seems to be a bit of tension or subtle digs directed at Ellidy — little comments about her being difficult or hard to work with that feel ... more
