  • Adding to noise

So disappointed that they didn’t explicitly comment on the issue with misinformation that paracetamol in pregnancy is linked to autism when Sophie has a medical background. Not clarifying the issue and that research does not show any valid link IS adding to the noise surrounding it. They’ve done plenty of other podcasts debunking what is and isn’t ok to do in pregnancy, the only reason they’re not commenting now is for the popularity vote from the “wellness” people online who follow and like to ... more

  • The best!

have a 4-month-old, and this podcast was recommended to me as soon as I found out I was pregnant. Since then, I’ve probably listened to every episode twice. It’s the perfect mix of relatable, funny, and informative. As a younger mum without many friends who’ve had babies yet, this podcast became my go-to for advice and all the conversations I might’ve had with “mum friends” , that I didn’t have. It truly helped me through so much.
