  • The best!

have a 4-month-old, and this podcast was recommended to me as soon as I found out I was pregnant. Since then, I’ve probably listened to every episode twice. It’s the perfect mix of relatable, funny, and informative. As a younger mum without many friends who’ve had babies yet, this podcast became my go-to for advice and all the conversations I might’ve had with “mum friends” , that I didn’t have. It truly helped me through so much.

You have essentially normalised being a human which is so necessary especially nowadays. When I was struggling with postnatal anxiety, you were one of my lifelines - ... more
