Loved listening for my first and now prepping for my second and I haven’t missed an episode in 5 years. Truly the best way to prep for birth.
“As a mum, I found this podcast invaluable. Both during my ivf process and during my pregnancies. Listening to such a wide range of birth stories gave me both reassurance and strength, and helped me prepare for my own journey with knowledge and highlighting the amount of choice we do have. There’s something so powerful in hearing these experiences shared so openly.”

I could be wrong I haven’t scrolled through every single episode to make sure that’s accurate. But don’t love the way this ... more
