Thank you Sophie for creating this safe space of storytelling. You without a doubt helped me achieve an incredible drug free VBAC with my fourth bub.. one of the most special experiences of my life. Appreciate all the mums who have shared themselves so vulnerably. 🙏🏼🥰
Updated - still love the podcast however found the guest on 529 tone deaf and was very uncomfortable with her implying that essentially it’s someone’s fault for having a rough postpartum because they just didn’t have a positive mindset, it’s a bit icky and frankly dangerous.

I’ve really enjoyed listening to this podcast throughout my pregnancy. I’m now 36 weeks, and realised this week how much I’ve learned just listening to the stories of other women, and how this has really helped me for my own birth.
I love ABS, i’ve been listening for two years & highly recommend.
I was disappointed that episodes 529 was not edited better. Where it is said “Postpartum is just your mindset” i think this is a very dangerous statement to be made to vulnerable women who are suffering postpartum depression or struggles.
Absolutely love this podcast. It helped me so much in preparing for pregnancy and postpartum
