'Beyond Watts per Kilo: What the Data Can't Tell You About Future Pros' with John Wakefield
Q: Could you just give us a little description of a basic outline of what the Compound Score is, just for our listeners and viewers?
The Compound Score mixes absolute and relative power by multiplying a rider's five-minute mean maximal power by their watts per kilo from the same effort, and then combining that with a broader framework to account for weight, resulting in a more holistic assessment of a rider's capability.
