    Sometimes the Roadman pod can be a bit well, let's just say wanting; HOWEVER, with a proper expert guest and a willingness from Anthony to listen (more than talk) can be one of the best podcasts ever for a cyclist. This episode was 100% great!

    First off- im a mountain biker, seemingly on the fringes of this podcasts target audience. This podcast provides a broad spectrum of topics and breaks them down so they are understandable and applicable across many disciplines and life. Anthony is a like able host and provides excellent audio and visual quality. I particularly love the bikepacking and fitness optimization segments. Cheers from Colorado!
