  • Podcast has gone downhill

The podcast was varied with a nice mix of conversations. It has gotten really boring over the last few months. I think the presenters have lost interest in it

    ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Sometimes the Roadman pod can be a bit well, let's just say wanting; HOWEVER, with a proper expert guest and a willingness from Anthony to listen (more than talk) can be one of the best podcasts ever for a cyclist. This episode was 100% great!

    Thank you Erin! (and Anthony).

When Bike Racing Turned Violent: Ireland’s Hidden Cycling War With Mick Cussack
Q: Was cycling in Ireland truly at war with itself, or was it exaggerated during those years?
Cusack explains that the period up to 1979 did see deep splits between federations (NACA/ICF/CRE) and that the tensions ran through international events, culminating in a unification process by the late 1970s, with conflicts often spilling into major races and Olympic selections.
Inside The Power Numbers & Tech It Takes To Race Paris-Roubaix With Ben Oliver
Q: What was it like from inside versus outside the race, particularly with the crowd and the cobbles?
It's a mix of awe and chaos; you feel the scale and intensity from inside, while trying to manage the constant flux of positions, the chaotic fights for wheels, and the ever-present risk of mishaps caused by the cobbles and crowd. You stay focused on your line, but you can't help noticing the spectacle around you.
Inside Modern Adventure: Alex Howes on Building America’s New Pro Team
