It's amazing he is 20 years of experience in is only 14 years old. Unfortunately it's only for a single speed Riders who have to have a hill in order to Pedal hard. I'm interested in podcasts where people can shift gears
Just found this podcast. - been a cyclist for 20 years and a crit racer as well. I honestly have no idea what “sweet spot” means to this guy?!? And in the 6 podcasts I listened to - he explains it zero times. Also i believe he said “sweet-spot” almost 200 times in the most recent episode… and again - he never explains it. It’s a homemade term. Or perhaps just used in a small community of people? But not mainstream cycling circles.
Perhaps you might find some help here as a listener. But to ... more
I’m a couple of years into meaningful cycling, tried listening to numerous podcast to level up, and this is the best show I found to date. Absolute treasure trove of practical advice.
Thank you for your efforts, I’m definitely considering signing up as your program seems very affordable, and if it is anything like the show I expect it’s high-quality.
Happy riding!
I’m a long time listener and just finished this episode with Fascat coach Justin Bowes. What I loved is Justin’s emphasis on the “soft skills” needed to get the most from the hard physical work we do on the bike. It’s not just about watts; it’s really about building a complete athlete with things like focus, preparedness and positive thinking. I was left with the impression that these lessons are not just for cyclists, they are universal. Thanks Fascat and Coach Justin!
Appreciate sharing tips and tricks.
