I’m sooo happy you are back, Tori! While true crime podcasts have gotten better over time and with increased competition, yours remains a singularly awesome jewel box I can step into, learn something, and be wildly entertained. Your writing and delivery bring stories to life. You were always my favorite and are back, Baby! Better than ever!!!
I have been interested in true crime since I was a teenager (loooong ago!) and follow several podcasts on the subject. I really enjoy this spin on things and get such a sense of how warm and kind Tori is. Her personality adds an unexpected touch that takes some of the edge off these otherwise unpleasant stories, and her talent for writing brings the stories to life.
I am such a huge fan & so happy to have my gateway podcast (first true crime love) back at it again. The research that goes into these very real stories is remarkable & told in such a way that keeps the audience captivated. I am a picky podcast listener & book reader. This is an excellent choice for those looking for a slice of history you never knew you needed. For commuters, bakers, cleaners, healthcare workers, fellow history and true crime junkies, get to listening. You won’t be sorry.
Tori has a way of sharing crime stories that makes the listener feel endlessly intrigued. She finds a way to be respectful of the people she is talking about while also bringing in humor and curiosity. Highly recommend this podcast and her books

I was shocked to find that the new season was coming out, after all this time- and of course, it has not disappointed! This is one of the most unique series on any platform, with stories that I, as a true crime/history lover, have never heard anywhere but Criminal Broads. I also genuinely appreciate that she doesn’t feel compelled to comme... more
