Crackpot History is about separating history from hysteria. The influencers are at the gates, and the pop-historians are attempting to deconstruct the founding myths of the West, twist long established history, and blur the lines between fact and fiction. They are weaponizing this moment. The goal is to make people question who they can trust, and what they can believe. It's time to push back.

  • An excellent Fisking of a popular internet crackpot!

The speaker does a great job of dismantling cynically distorted historical revisionism. I wasn’t sure what to expect from this anonymous podcast. But I ended up binging the first 5 episodes in a couple days.

  • Extremely necessary

It’s about time that someone deconstructed these merchants of lies. We’ve been so focused on fighting ONE infestation of anti-Western revolutionaries that we’ve allowed another one to spring up right in our midst. The host ably refutes their talking points one by one. If you have encountered the likes of Darryl Cooper and found yourself taken in by their rhetoric, you need to have a listen to at least one episode of this show to see how they distort history for their agenda.

  • Missed The Target

I listened to six of these. Interesting for the content, but it ultimately comes across as propaganda, once you realize all the corrections sway in the same direction. Ineffective as a takedown because of this imbalance. Its purpose appears to be to refocus the all-too-valuable lens of victimhood and moral high ground where crockpot appears to believe it belongs.

  • Nitpicking dressed up as “unmasking”

If you start this expecting to hear examples of cooper lying, manipulating quotes or being a “crackpot” you’ll be disappointed. It’s a series of petty critiques of normal editorial decisions, (what to emphasize, what to leave out) framed as the exposure of a charlatan.

The author fails at reading comprehension as well, portraying coopers use of a “Godfather” movie analogy as an antisemitic attack, when cooper is quite plainly referring to the tribal social structure of the Hashemite Arabs.
