  • Wheels fell off towards the end…

Some amusing moments, until they started to minimise the crimes of Maxwell and Epstein, amongst a few other big turn-offs. Just, nah…..I’ll leave the support of paedo cheerleaders to others.

  • Dr. Orna episode

I listened because I LOVE Dr. Orna. You guys were rude, asked questions of the EXPERT, and then argued your archaic opinion and interrupted repeatedly. I’ll never listen again. The disconnect I have with psychoanalysts? The problem is you. Also, I felt bad for his wife having to laugh about the boorish, Neanderthal opinions of women and relationship. Bragged about cheating, then talked about how women are too jealous for polyamory and THEN said you’d be too jealous to let your wife be with someo... more

  • Please be nicer to your producer

I like this podcast… I agree with most of what you say Mr. Noam.. but please be nicer to your producer. I don’t like it at all how you sluff this poor woman off. Please stop that. Like seriously. You rushed her through an intro- basically tell her to shush when she asked you to fill in something about Glen Greenwald or something- ask her questions and then ignore her. DUDE! Stop that man. It’s maddening. And you have no idea. And it’s super annoying. Other than that I like this podcast.

Talking Points

Recent interactions between the hosts and their guests.

John Spencer on Gaza: Wrestling With the Unbearable Questions of War
Q: What is your take on the recognition of the Palestinian state?
John Spencer discusses that it is performative politics that lacks meaningful definitions of what a state entails.
“I’m not saying Israel Did It…”: The Charlie Kirk Conspiracy Chorus and its Enablers - With Ross Barkan.
Q: Do you think this reflects a deeper trend of conspiracy theories on the right?
Yes, the conversation suggests that a pattern is emerging where conspiracy theories are not just accepted but are starting to become a part of mainstream media discussions.
Omer Bartov on the Genocide Debate - Hamas Must Be Destroyed (But Not This Way).
Q: Given the ICJ's stringent legal standard, that genocidal intent must be the only reasonable inference, how can you dismiss the reasonable inference that Israel's actions, however disproportionate they may be, are motivated by legitimate security concerns?
Bartov suggests that Israel's actions must contend with the legitimacy of defending against Hamas, despite the complexities of civilian casualties.
Israel vs. Hamas Debate with Twitter's "@History_Speaks" Matthew Cockerill
Q: Do you support that everybody that committed a crime should be punished in this war?
Of course I support it, but it's never going to happen.
Inside the Mind of the Israeli Religious Right with Rabbi Yishai Fleisher
Q: So, I can understand the argument that you liberated Jerusalem in some way because the intent was supposed to be a city where Arabs and Jews both have the right to pray.
Yes, the intent was for both peoples to have access, but historically that has not been the case due to various international and local political dynamics.
