I appreciate Coleman’s perspective, clarity, and wisdom. The grace he gives to others without wavering from truth is a lesson. He always gets me thinking.
If I were your grandmother (I’m 75), I’d be very proud of you, Coleman! You have moral and ethical clarity, unusual traits in today’s young people. You have the ability to be a honest broker and you do your homework. You let the chips fall where they may, even if it’s against the grain. It’s journalists like you that make me a FP subscriber. Keep up the good work. You have a bright future.
I’m not sure I’ve encountered a more simplistic, ahistorical overview of Israel/Palestine than from this person. Listening to a few other of his shows indicates that unsophisticated, under-informed banal commentary is actually his whole schtick, however. It’s a sad commentary on our society that this mediocrity is taken even minimally seriously as a public thinker.
