100% agree with John’s review of It’s a Wonderful Life and Jimmy Stewart’s performance. Both are incredible
I love the commentary podcast! It feels like being with a group of old smart friends having a conversation in the living room. They hate the same people I hate and like the same people I like. It makes me feel understood.
Very little effort to use the cough button, mute button or post production to fix the gross throat clearing. Or back round noises. Or computer bings. John clearly doesn’t care and others follow suit. Great leadership.
I’ll say this, the women on the pod understand and seem to make an effort. The men are gross and stubborn (surprise, surprise).
Would love to hear the opinions of the other commen, but John refuses to yield to them. Constantly talks over them. Annoying!
To whomever taught John and gang how to use the MUTE button when he's not speaking.
Great show, one of my only daily listens.
