  • Getting tedious

Look. I get it. None of you are Trump fans. That’s not the problem. It’s that nearly every episode is just the Repeat in Wash, Rinse, Repeat. I get that you are editors, but your echo chamber has been tedious for a while.

Oh, and Jim. For the love of all that is holy, please stop with the impressions. They aren’t that good. [It’s been months and the impressions aren’t any better. I don’t bother with episodes with Jim.]

Talking Points

Recent interactions between the hosts and their guests.

Episode 755: Here Comes the Golden Dome
Q: Do you think there will be more terror attacks like this from the left on Jewish institutions or people?
Dominic believes unfortunately yes, while MBD hopes no, suggesting that this will shock consciences and rebuild broken taboos against violence.
Episode 741: Where Were You on 'Liberation Day'?
Q: Will the administration prevail in its claim that the Alien Enemy Act applies here and allows it to deport nationals from the country we're at war with?
It's possible they will prevail due to the deference courts give to national security claims, but the legal fallout may still challenge their actions.
Episode 741: Where Were You on 'Liberation Day'?
Q: What's your view of the trade deficit?
The trade deficit is a major concern, and the administration's approach to fixing it through tariffs is flawed and counterproductive.
Episode 738: Signaling Disaster
Q: What is the biggest political risk to Trump on immigration and his deportations?
A case of obvious injustice, like a child losing contact with their parents, could change the public perception quickly.
Episode 738: Signaling Disaster
Q: A week from now, the Signal story will still be a big deal. Yes or no?
Yes, because people will want to know if anyone was punished for the incident.
