Really used to love this pod! My lord do you guys not perceive how terrible Dee comes across. Low powered intellect and incredible biases. That dude should not be on a mic for you all. This is less about his bias and more about his low watt output and overall presence which is so off putting when listening to this sort of a show.

Let him do his own whiny politics / low information show off to the side - he brings down the impact of the conversations your guests and co-hosts are having.

  • Too political, lost their way

This used to be the best veteran story podcast available but has slowly devolved into a politically slanted blabber. It shows even more lately because you all have to repost shows that folks actually listened. Read the audience boys

  • What happened

Been a avid listener of this show for years, every week every episode. Loved the stark contrasts and opinions of these dudes.

Lately, I believe if I played a episode of the Team House to another vet, and asked to guess what the name of this podcast was, it would be called not the Team House, but the liberal anti American hater house. Dee I don’t know what has happened with you but your emotional opinions and baseless rants about how stupid everything the military is doing, and how it all trigg... more

  • Amateurish

Two armchair analysts evaluating a situation of which it is clear they have little if any knowledge and no real insight.

    The misinformation never stops.

    Find something more serious.

Two stars because at least it’s mildly entertaining.

Talking Points

Recent interactions between the hosts and their guests.

24th STS Operator | Chad McCoy (throwback episode)
Q: What has Chad learned about selection and what traits matter most in a PJ/Tier 1 operator?
Persistence, ethical decision-making under stress, and high emotional intelligence are essential, with emphasis on teamwork, adaptability, and a strong moral compass rather than raw physical prowess alone.
Former British Intelligence Officer | Julien Fisher | Ep. 408
Q: Tell us about your upbringing and how it propelled you toward government service.
I grew up in Birmingham in a financially deprived situation, faced significant personal loss, and learned early the value of forming alliances and seeking opportunities. This environment pushed me to leverage education and networking to access opportunities that would change my life, eventually leading me into finance, diplomacy, and intelligence.
Former CIA Spy on Putin’s Secret War Against the West | Sean Wiswesser | EP. 406
Q: What should the West do to counter information warfare and active measures?
The guest argues that the most important step is credible deterrence and enhanced collaboration among allies, including better education of judges and security services, robust sanctions that hit hard at critical assets, and counter-messaging that reduces emotional manipulation by exposing tactics.
Former CIA Spy on Putin’s Secret War Against the West | Sean Wiswesser | EP. 406
Q: Can you describe how Russian illegals operate and why that matters?
Illegals are designed to embed themselves long-term in foreign societies, often using dead-double birth certificates and foreign passports; they rely on a mix of personal ties and sophisticated tradecraft, which demonstrates Russia's willingness to invest in covert capabilities that can function for extended periods without detection.
Former CIA Spy on Putin’s Secret War Against the West | Sean Wiswesser | EP. 406
Q: What makes the Russian intelligence services so enduring and difficult to deter?
Wiswesser explains that the combination of corruption, organizational reconfigurations (especially within the GRU), and deep patronage networks create a resilient system where accountability is weak and operations can be adapted quickly; this makes deterrence challenging and requires a credible, multilateral response.
