  • Where expertise meets relatability

JR is a great host with a high level of expertise in performance, leadership and helping people flourish; but what makes this podcast so wonderful is the relatability. He takes concepts that are very abstract and often overused and is able to embed them in every day stories and examples providing an avenue for real growth and applicability.

  • Iron Sharpens Iron

The podcast brings on a variety of guests who will challenge you to become better in whatever you call your professional and personal life. Winning only in a career is inevitably unsustainable without the wholeness of success in all aspects. I’ve known J.R. for many years and can confidently say he’s got the perspective of being able to pull this out of his guests from his own journey.
