  • Prepared for Questions

Ryan interacts with young people regularly as part of his teaching job and other outreach that he does so he hears the questions that they are asking. He gives a lot of thought to his responses and is equipping the church to engage the culture. I love listening to his podcast to get equipped to answer those tough questions when they arise.

  • Humble and Honest

I listen to a lot of podcast by many experts in apologetics. They always seem to sneak in some politics into the discussion. It’s off putting. I can’t say what Ryan’s politics are. And that is good. Even when talking about abortion, he stuck to the facts. Both side of that subject seem to attack each other more than discuss the facts. He seems very thoughtful in trying to keep it about the topic. His unpolished and honest approach is refreshing.

  • One of the best resources for Church Mnistry

This Podcast will help answer many of the questions people are asking today, as well as remedy several of the doubts which Christians keep secret. I strongly believe Ryan is sharing the very things the church needs to hear most as we are quickly and surely approaching a world and culture that is post-Christian. Ryan equips his listeners with thought-provoking ideas and evidence, to help believers stay confident in their faith and how to live Godly in an ungodly world. Ryan has also been a featur... more

How Taking Bible Verses Out of Context Distorts Scripture (Part 4)
Q: What is the practical takeaway for reading a single verse in light of the big storyline?
Always try to locate the verse within the chapter, act, and overall metanarrative, and check the surrounding context to avoid misreading or cherry-picking.
Jesus On Trial: Did He Commit Blasphemy or Reveal His Deity? (Dr. Mikel Del Rosario)
Q: How can we even just start with a basic case to say Jesus is a historical person that said some stuff?
If you go to any non-Christian standard encyclopedia on Classics on the Origin of the Church or the History of Christianity, zero question is raised about the existence of Jesus.
Jesus On Trial: Did He Commit Blasphemy or Reveal His Deity? (Dr. Mikel Del Rosario)
Q: What is it that got you kind of to focus in on this claim of did Jesus actually claim to be God?
I get a lot of people asking me, where did we ever get this idea that Jesus ever claimed to be divine?
The Scientific & Biblical Case for Noah's Flood (Dr. Hugh Ross)
Q: How do you reconcile a God of love with the flood?
The flood was necessary to save humanity from self-extermination due to rampant evil.
The Scientific & Biblical Case for Noah's Flood (Dr. Hugh Ross)
Q: What would you think are some of the greatest misconceptions that you've heard?
People mistakenly assume that the flood account speaks of a global flood and assign incorrect dates to it.
