I listen to this podcast regularly, and am thankful for this excellent resource!
I love podcasts and this is by far one of my most favorites. The conversations challenge my opinions, encourage me to think about what informs my opinions, and keeps me up to date on the latest trends/news in the culture. Thank you for helping me grow in my faith and practice thinking biblically about everything!
I’d give this 4 maybe even 5 stars but Scott incessantly interrupts Sean and takes over the conversation for minutes on end before Sean gets to speak again.
I want to hear Sean’s takes and opinions. I don’t want to hear Scott drone on and on and on.
Sean and Scott’s general, non-specific approach covers a wide variety of topics, exploring each one from a Biblical perspective. While some people weaponize the word “Biblical” to mean “the one and only way to think about things”, Sean and Scott use it to refer to the Bible as the ultimate authority. Their thoughtful and wise insights on the topics have been so helpful in my walk with the Lord.
I really enjoy this podcast, it’s extremely thought provoking. The latest episode really challenged me to engage others with differing views in a respectful and honest way. The Cultural updates are great as well. Thanks for all you do for the Kimgdom!

A weekly, biblically grounded show that analyzes culture and current events through a Christian worldview. Hosts—two Biola University theology professors—frequently interview scholars and practitioners to explore theology, ethics, and public discourse, often tying topics to biblical anthropology, church life, and practical discipleship. A notable strength is its willingness to tackle hard topics with charity, drawing on historical context and rigorous scholarship while offering accessible, applicable guidance for listeners navigating a pluralistic culture.
