I recently learned about Coach Amy and her podcast (and delightful YouTube videos) from a dear friend. I started THM in 2019, lost about 30 lbs., and then was happily maintaining my goal weight. Being at goal weight allowed me to feel ok with some crossovers (no big deal) which led to some cheat meals (not too big of a deal) which led to some cheat DAYS (very big deal)!
