New to training and recently discovered this Podcast. Now listed to over twenty episodes and learnt so much. The topics are so interesting. Would highly recommend to anyone.

I found the BIG podcast a couple of months back and man is it an amazing resource. The fact that it is free makes it even more amazing.
I like how Rob looks at physical fitness from a holistic perspective and mentions personal examples from his life. He breaks down important aspects of healthy living in a way that someone like me who doesn’t have much knowledge about can understand.
The BIG podcast is an incredible resource that touches on all aspects of health, wellness, fitness, and training. Rob breaks down a variety of topics and does a great job providing concrete examples to reinforce the material. The fact that this a free resource speaks volumes, and I cannot thank BIG enough for the amount of help they have provided me through this podcast!
This is a great podcast filled with fitness information for the average person as well as for
the more advanced. This podcast cuts out all of the fluff but keeps legitimate information and retains the personality of the host. Great listen.
