    But I'm going to keep moving forward because I'm trying to figure out what brain spotting is. I have seen a specialist in brain spotting for six sessions. Between the two of you it seems like it's some sort of secrete. Until it clicks for me, I’m left feeling frustrated.

    They mentioned eye position, painters tape, free/paid music, the importance of a quiet/uninterrupted space, and to “reach out” if you get stuck. But, I literally don’t know what I should be concentrating on, what effects to look out for in terms of effectiveness, and how to find a level/advance.
