I am a doctor and I work with primary care doctors across the age spectrum. The idea that a doctor over 40 will not be open, up to date, able to treat addiction or provide a level of care that doctors under 40 can is not my experience. Furthermore, for your guest to assert that is highly inappropriate and AGEIST.
I see that doctors have unique practice habits that may be more linked to their personalities or other factors, but age doesn't seem to be the deciding factor.

Very moths ting and insightful. I think people though don’t realize how they make themselves look unintelligent when they use the foul language in an interview as if they cannot articulate themselves otherwise. Just saying…it takes away from the quality of the interview
