  • So relatable

So her page popped up in my IG feed and it was clearly a page I needed to see. I struggle with consistency and the all or nothing mentality. I listen to this podcast or go on IG on days that I need a pep talk. Everything she talks about is on point and so relatable. I feel I can pick up where I left off without the guilt knowing that we all go through similar things and we just have to do the thing ! Thank you
