A fabulous addition Robert!
These podcasts are really useful. They explain and explore the Alexander Technique from many points of view by means of interview, usually with trained teachers of the Technique. They serve both as introductions to newcomers to these very far-reaching ideas and also open up wonderful new areas for existing students.
These podcasts are wonderful! It's SO refreshing to hear intelligent discussions about the Alexander Technique. I think they are must listening for Alexander teachers and students - and they are a great way for others to learn about this amazing method. I can't wait till the next episode - thanks for doing this Robert!
