Well done 👏🏾. Humor and delivery 👌🏾The convo was light and engaging. You shared stories and other personal anecdotes that resonated with me as a black woman, and that's important. At times, it even felt like I was right there in the room, laughing with you guys at each joke.
But despite the humor, I still took away an abundance of new info. Keyword being NEW. The sequence of how to identify if and when you need help, how to obtain it, and then what to expect after was very comprehensive. more
The podcast overall was great for the first one!! It was very informative, especially for those looking to seek therapy.
