  • Very narrow minded and cherry pick perspectives

Mildly disappointed in the episode “How Elon Musk and JD Vance Plan to Save Civilization with More Babies” - while there is some decent information in this episode (mostly by Nandita Bajaj), there is also some incredibly skewed and demonizing perspectives. I am mostly disappointed that the hosts chose to focus so much of the conversation of “population” around eugenics when there is so much more to this complex matter. The hosts had an opportunity to discuss the consequences of population growth... more

  • This Show Changed My Life

This podcast has been an essential part of decolonizing my mind over the past decade. I’m thankful for its dedication to storytelling as first person narratives have painted my world into such a brighter, wider context. And still, whenever Gene signs off with “Be easy,” I still hear Sharen in my mind responding with “Peace.”
