  • Outstanding Reporting

I’ve been listening to this show since

Ep. 5 and look forward to it every week. “Reveal” is the best radio/pod journalism I’ve heard in my many years on the this planet. The topics are always relevant, the stories are always very engaging, and I hope that with the loss of federal funding for public broadcasting, stations that carry this show will still be around to listen. (And who can resist Al’s smooth voice?!?!)

  • Been listening for years

I’m guilty of faithfully listening to this podcast for several without posting a review. I follow a bunch of news and opinion podcasts and Reveal ranks among the best. It should be essential listening for all Americans.

I like all and the topics. I think he only brings in guests that agree with the views of the show, though. I would love to hear him to talk guests that don’t agree to have a real conversation. That’s what Charlie Kirk did. He spoke with people he didn’t agree with to find common ground and open dialogue safely. Be like Charlie, Al. Stop going for the bunts and hit a home run. You would be great at it.

Al Letson at No Kings: Hope, Fury, and Inflatables
Q: When you were watching the January 6th insurrection, what did you think the trajectory of the country was from that point?
