This is a great podcast! I have learned so much and love the guests and representation. My only critique is that the host is long-winded in her responses and in the way she asks her questions. It’s difficult for guests to follow her questions because she takes a while to get to the actual question she wants to ask. I’d advise slowing down. Asking more succinct questions. The long-windedness is very distracting.
