I have been struggling with binge eating and addiction to sugar for years now. I have been searching for a podcast that is able to help educate me and resources to help me overcome this issue that seems to control my life some days. I have only listened to a couple podcasts so far, but Katie is very well spoken, educational and knowledgeable in this topic. I look forward to listening and learning more every day.
It is not comprehensive enough and does not go deep into the issues relating to habits and change of behaviour. It pretty much repeats a couple of key points throughout.
