You describe in beginning,accurately i think, how the guy sold property to be built like a broker. Thats normal. but then you go on later to say he sold units he didn’t own. Thats correct, a broker doesn’t own the property, he finds buyers for an owner, like a developer. And it makes sense to me that the US caused world wide crash in ‘08 would have been a big problem. A refreshing, no gore, crime stories podcast. Right to the point, entertaining and a perfect length.
Gave it a shot, but the persistent cop worship was just too much to stomach, and it felt pretty thinly crafted to me.
Really easy to listen to and very enjoyable.
