Beyond the Touchline is a football podcast that's not actually about football. Every episode, David Hartrick, Seb Patrick and Denis Hurley will look at a different aspect of football culture - the movies, TV, books, comics, games, toys and other paraphernalia and ephemera that tell the stories of the game we love.

This was a lovely show that I only discovered after one of the co-hosts had passed away at a ridiculously early age. He leaves behind a fine and appreciated body of work, of which Beyond the Touchline was one of several shows. The Beyond Melchester episode is especially brilliant.
RIP.
Excellent podcast with a lot more to offer with so many other topics for the guys to talk about
Would love a Roy of the Rovers specific episode but so far so good
If you were to ask me to name three geniuses, I probably wouldn't say um Einstein, Newton... err you know. I'd go Hartrick, Patrick, Hurley.
