Alice and Sean are such great hosts, super relatable and easy to listen to. They always have amazing guests on and their own take on health & fitness as parents is awesome. It’s soooo different when you’ve got little ones and hearing both a female AND male perspective is really refreshing as I feel like a lot of the content I consumed when I was kid-free just doesn’t land the same anymore. So THANK YOU Alice and Sean for sharing your knowledge and that of your guests’, with such a relatable outl... more
Good topics and conversations. Only negative is that Alice says like 20 times in a sentence. It’s all ‘like, like, like’. Some interview training wouldn’t go astray.
Thankyou so much for an amazing podcast, so insightful but also funny.
Loved it especially the banter between Alice and Sean as well as so many fantastic guests,
The only complaint is we need more episodes !!! Thank you xx
So informative and relatable !
Loving all the episodes.
Thanks Ali, keep them coming please 💜💜
I absolutely love these two amazing ladies! They are so damn raw, honest and relatable while also not scaring you about motherhood too much haha. A great mix of education and lifestyle 🫶🏼
I can see this podcast helping so many people I wish I had have listened to this while pregnant! Im 21 years old and have an almost 1 year old and listening to this podcast feels like big sister advice to me . A lot of the things you were talking about really resonated with me and talking about finding ‘safe people’ who make you feel accepted really gave me validation that it’s normal to need/ want this and to set boundaries with people who don’t make you feel ‘safe’.
Im not a mom but want to become one in the near future. I’m really enjoying listening and learning. Thank you for putting this content out!
Wish I had this info available to me prior to having my first bub, such key and important info regardless of if you are a mumma or not! Looking forward to future topics, also love how the girls don’t pretend to be experts in things outside of their field :)
Love how real and raw this is !
