When you recognize your self early on in this podcast, you hear, “yep, he’s talking to me” and it is compelling from the start. Robert gives you kinder ways to perceive your life challenge management strategies, and you take the deepest breath. I suggest a slow listen from the beginning to the end. You’ll be both grateful and more calm.
