Excellent podcast! Emma and Christine do a great job of creating a sacred safe space for us women to gather and learn how to take better care of and prioritize ourselves. I walk away with some very tangible actions to implement into my daily life that I’m excited about.
The very first and only episode I will listen to had the guest state “I almost needed a man to say to me ‘love includes all of your humanity’” how on earth could you say this podcast about female empowerment with such a clearly entrenched patriarchy belief set. No thank you.
The sacred space that Christine and Emma create is powerful! It’s the perfect self-care practice for the listener, to stop and curl up in bed with a cup of tea and be present.
Also, grab a pen and paper because the guests generously share great insights and practical tools to enhance or begin your self-care practice.
There is so much value in this podcast. Christine and Emma’s offering to talk about self-care, is a well needed gift for women.
