How the practice of art therapy can transcend the virtual platform is balm for the soul in these unprecedented times.
Great show! 🍷
As an art therapist who works mostly online in telehealth, this is an awesome resource and podcast to have in the world.
I really enjoy hearing stories about adaptation and innovation. I’m not an art therapist, but I got so much out of listening to the first episode. This show filled my bucket!
I feel more inspired and hopeful after listening to this. My creative self is more awake than before, and I’m loving the connections I can make to my own budding Elementary teaching practice (beginning with never, ever telling a child they’re doing art “wrong”). I listened with a watercolours, charcoals and pens in-hand and I think I’ll always make a practice of listening with art.
