This is my new favorite podcast. Funny thing is I tried to listen a year ago and unsubscribed because I thought small steps was something that wasn't going to make a big change in my life. I happened to hear Sid on the Plant Yourself podcast a few days ago and had an epiphany because I've been trying to make huge changes in virtually every aspect of my life. What Sid and Howard talked about on that podcast really spoke to me at this moment in my life. more
