I love her podcasts. She explains scientific information in common situations-horsepower, torque, and power-muscle penia. She gives you straightforward databased information you can use to make better decisions/choices/exercises every day. Thank you, Dr Marbas-I just discovered you and are consuming every podcast!
Information is presented in an easy to understand manner, and Laurie gives actionable steps, that we can implement in our busy lives. Little things to keep in mind that add up to big improvements over time.
Dr. Marbas covers so much about health from psychology to cooking! Would definitely recommend it to anyone who is interested in improving their health!
