  • Thank you!

This podcast is amazingly informative and I have learned so much through it. It’s a great complement to the Schroth physiotherapy that I’ve been doing because it helps me to understand the “why” behind my exercises and fills in so many gaps that we just haven’t had time to talk about in my physiotherapy. Thank you so much, Dr. Meghan!

For many years, I have tried to find a physical therapist who specializes in scoliosis to help me understand how to modify my workouts and my lifestyle to help me actually improve my scoliosis.
