iRelaunch is all about getting professionals back to work after a career break - most often childcare, but also eldercare, pursuing a personal interest, a personal health issue, extended travel, or other reasons. We also think about how other non-traditional professionals – expats repatriating, retirees “unretiring, military spouses and veterans, fit into the relauncher demographic. iRelaunch works with employers to create, implement and expand career re-entry programs of all kinds, and we produce the largest and longest-running dedicated career re-entry event in the country - the iRelaunch Return to Work Conference. Our fast-growing national community is made up of thousands of relaunchers in all stages of returning to work. iRelaunch Chair and Co-founder Carol Fishman Cohen's TED talk “How to get back to work after a career break” has viewed more than 2.5 million times and translated into 29 languages. • Encouraging, approachable and uplifting!

I love hearing the real life stories and how the relauncher opens up about how their personal experiences led them on their journey back to work, often in a non-traditional way! One of my favorites is (Ep. 214) Karolyn Diamond-Jones sharing her story of leveraging her prior experience to launch into a new role that she loves Thank you iRelaunch and all those sharing their journey!

  • Stellar Career Advice for Anyone!

I’m not a relauncher as iRelaunch defines it, but I still used this podcast and the incredible career advice and guidance it offers to pitch myself to my dream company and create my ideal job. I can’t recommend this podcast highly enough - it’s an absolute goldmine of information, advice and well-thought out questions to the guests.
