I don’t think this is supposed to be humorous per se, but it sounds almost like a Rocky Gervais project. The tone is stern, a monthly dressing down and slapping of wrists by ‘coach Treggs’ to his listeners. I don’t know how useful it is, but it’s an entertaining listen. Much presumption on the behalf of said Treggs when addressing the listener. Each sentence is hammered out slowly where he wishes to emphasise. I’m a subscriber for humour value alone. I hope it does some good in how he ideally wa... more

Just caught up on 14 and 15, some seriously great advice from everyone on these podcasts, keep up the top work coach
Can't recommend this enough - downloaded the podcast with Mark and Renzo to listen to in the car on the way to work. It was educational, inspiring and really easy to listen to. Great to hear someone else's life experiences and Renzo sounds like an inspirational guy. Nice one, Tregs - just going to download the next one!
WOW…30 Plus Men’s Fitness Podcast is flat out awesome. Good production quality. Easy to listen. Very impressed Mark. Keep bringing it.

Give it a listen 10/10
Listened to the 1st 5 podcasts and they are amazing, inspiring and a great example of how to live your life. I am extremely pleased that I found 30plus back in March 2015. It has changed my life for teh better.
Just listened to podcast and nearly had me in tears.very raw and very brave to say all that but bravo Anthony lee!!👏
Always inspiring and entertaining in equal measure. Mark know his stuff and his enthusiasm and genuine desire to help men in their thirties and over shine through. Great guests, too!
Episode 8 was great. A very raw, brutal and honest interview that touches on mental health and depression which is so often ignored amongst men.
It's just makers ad and latest fitness fads.
Could relate to a lot of what was being said ,, buzzing
Great advice and makes total sense. I’ve been following Mark and the 30+ formula for a few years and like any bloke sometimes I let the inner fat guy get the better of me but Mark’s methods help me put him back in the box and hopefully stay fitter and live longer!
