  • Interesting but could be more inclusive

I really like the premises of this podcast. The host is very articulate, I like his voice and enthusiasm, as well as his clear professionalism. However, a few little annoying elements, such as when the nutritionists give examples, no plant based alternatives are given and none asked by the host… (not everyone is happy with meat, egg or dairy consumption, some people do consider ethics in their choices !). Also, it would be good to also “test” those who work

  • Adverts Adverts and More Adverts

Listened to the recharge after the summer episode and its continued adverts. Content sounds like it is being read from ChatGPT and there is barely any of it…..Surprised High Performance podcast lets this go out in their good name.

  • Not the same anymore

What’s this rubbish about genetics? Why should I care about other people’s genetic composition? This podcast quickly turned into a shameless plug for the host’s company.

  • Great pod, too many adverts

Really enjoy the podcast, great content and cool format. However I feel like there are far too many adverts, with there being interruptions to the episodes far too frequently compared to average
