I came across this podcast by chance but have found the advice invaluable.
I am slightly different in that I have been a high output athlete (and person!) but have been struck down with post viral issues and therefore have been missing my normal energy levels greatly over the last 10 months.
Just listening to Oli’s advise has helped me make changes to my life to help reduce stress and anxiety and to consider recovery in different ways than I did when I was full throttle.
