  • Great pod, too many adverts

Really enjoy the podcast, great content and cool format. However I feel like there are far too many adverts, with there being interruptions to the episodes far too frequently compared to average

  • Great pod

Really enjoy the pod. Some interesting science broken down into nice takeaways. Also like the non-judgmental approach and frankness about areas of disagreement/uncertainty/scepticism in the research.

Because I enjoy it so much, I feel obliged to provide a bit of constructive feedback:

Please go easy on the ads.

  • The advise is top level.

I came across this podcast by chance but have found the advice invaluable.

I am slightly different in that I have been a high output athlete (and person!) but have been struck down with post viral issues and therefore have been missing my normal energy levels greatly over the last 10 months.

Just listening to Oli’s advise has helped me make changes to my life to help reduce stress and anxiety and to consider recovery in different ways than I did when I was full throttle.

My recovery is slow a... more

  • Just listen to it! 👍🏻

I follow many podcasts that might fall into the ‘self-help’ category. Some assume that the listener has studied some of the stuff at a higher education level. Others don’t spend enough time to get into the subject. Energy Equation has a great balance and I’m pleased I made the find. I find myself struggling to keep attention on some podcast just because of the voice however I don’t find that with this podcast. I know that will be different for each person however. Well done on producing a ... more
