Hey there thanks for all your hard work unfortunately you can’t go back to listen to the same episode that you posed something wrong with your podcast
Jeff is my favourite fitness content creator out there, and his podcasts are second to none in terms of quality of content.
BUT, his uploads are few and far between, yea he has his website and his YouTube. But it’s a damn shame that he isn’t giving a bit more attention to his podcasts.
Maybe the viewership isn’t there and if that’s the case that’s a shame.

This is the only guy that I fully trust about fitness. The reason? Because no matter what influencers and pros say, this man shows the truth by logically and scientifically breaking down a controversial matter such as sumo vs. conventional. I always go to his channel to seek out what is true about bodybuilding. Yes, influencers such as Alex train how they feel like training even if it’s not optimal and so do I. When will there be new stuff
I’ve actually had this podcast on my phone and never listened for a year. The other day I listened and was blown away by the caliber of information in particular pertaining to the episode on women. I immediately started applying strategies and have seen positive results. Thank you.
