This podcast is so informative and a fascinating dive into and about things I know very little about but motivates me to find more information on!! Such things as the gardens, country houses, etc. Absolutely loved loved loved the episode on The Laskett and the interesting personality of Sir Roy Strong. Can’t wait to hear more and to investigate your back catalogue of episodes!! Thank you!! 💕
What a wonderful discovery- erudite, entertaining and eye-opening. Perfect for anyone interested in architecture, history, culture and beauty.
Informed and highly entertaining. In short, delightful!
Always informative and gently entertaining. Erudite and engaging.
A wonderful thought provoking episode on the memorialisation of war - I was privileged to be at a dinner with Clive in 2014 in Westminster when he spoke movingly and with erudition on the subject which came across very well in this episode. John’s addition of the Indian perspective added an interesting layer from a country he knows well. Keep up the good work - an addition to the week
