… and Mary Portas provides a jar full of it. As a business owner, podcaster and mentor to other businesses in the world of conscious needle crafts and making, I get so much from this podcast. But it goes deeper, I connect with to Mary and her guests on a personal level in so many ways. Kindred spirit, fan, sister from another mister… I don’t know, all of it! Love Mary and love that she interviewed Trinny asking great questions and not being scared to do so, like others who have had her on their podcasts, seem to have done. Well done Mary- off down a rabbit hole of all your others as I didn’t know you had a pod until today! Congratulations!
I loved Work Like a Woman and The Kindness Economy podcasts and Beautiful Misfits is a wonderful addition. Really liked the Lemn Sissay, Julian Metcalfe and Jane Shepherdson episodes. The latter two especially since I’ve started working in retail. I could listen to Mary Portas talking all day long.
Adore Mary and love this premise but PLEASE stop talking over guests Mary…it makes for an irritating listening!! Allow them to fully speak and express themselves. It often doesn’t sound like a conversation!
