Better production would make a huge difference. Also, please stop using the term “provider”. COPIC itself has a CME module which explains the importance of distinguishing between physicians, PAs, and APRNs. We are not equivalent.
While the discussion on how to talk with patients and families about firearm safety was informative, I found much of the discussion problematic. With the talk of gun safety (great) and how there aren’t many accidents involving guns, the doctors didn’t mention the rise in the number of mass shootings, the proliferation of and easy access to guns.
