Great podcast from Tony Gonzalez. I really appreciate the diversity of guests and the way Tony likes to start at the beginning of their journey. Guests and hosts alike are humble and I find all kinds of gems listening to their stories. I picked up good tips on sleep, meditation, fitness and self-introspection. Thumbs up to Tony, and his quest to get to the bottom of what makes us better and happier!

Love the podcast episodes so far. The key to finding stillness, a great example is A New Earth by Eckhart Tolle. I higley suggest you read it. Changed my life.
